“Neuro Web Design: What Makes Them Click?” by Susan M. Weinschenk

This was one of the first books I read when I got my Amazon Kindle. Fresh out of my Master in Digital Marketing and about to embark on a serious B2C global campaign in the music industry, I wanted to learn more about the relationship between design, user thought process and click behaviour.

I must admit that Susan M. Weinschenk takes a physiological approach, which adds a very interesting twist in the book. I got to learn new things and look at designing for conversion in a totally different way. There are tons of pointers and information to reflect upon on a later stage. It probably won’t be a bad idea to be coming back to this book from time to time – especially when you are starting a new design project or you are trying to understand why your click-through-rates (CTR) are the way they are.

“Neuro Web Design” is a short book packed with knowledge and hints on the psychological side behind the click. It reads very easy and fast. I would say that it can be read within a 3-4 hour flight (including the time you take for the meal and going to the refreshment zone).

It is available at Amazon.com as usual. So click on the link below and get it! You won’t be sorry!

Read the book already? I would love to read your opinion in the comment section below!
