My Gmail is hacked

It is a second time in the past week that my email account at Google is hacked. Apparently password changes can not help at all and my contacts receive Viagra and other health advice that I never thought of, neither endorsed. The first time there was no echo from the recipients, but today I woke up with some worrisome messages in my mailbox.
I do apologize to every one of my contacts! Any ideas on how I can successfully battle that? It seems that password changes do not help at all.
I am also wondering what Google does in that direction. What are they doing to protect the users of their service from something like this happening?
These are the things you should probably do:
- Do not open the link in the email you have received from me today!
- If you do, please scan your computer for viruses!
- In general do not trust emails that sell prescription drugs like Viagra, Cialis etc! These drugs are available to individuals only if the hold a prescription. They cannot be sold online or without that paper that your urologist gave you.
Let me know, if there are any problems!
